End users provide SMS consent at the point of account creation on MainStreet's sign-up form. The form collects basic business information and displays the SMS disclosure text alongside a checkbox. Submitting the form without checking the SMS box is permitted; the checkbox is not required to complete sign-up. Users who check the box explicitly consent to receive SMS messages from MainStreet.
